We do our best to manage customer expectations through communication and photography, however if a miscommunication occurs, we will accept the return of product at no cost to the customer or we will remake the product to the customers satisfaction.
We use our own photography and some AI photography to advertise our products. All photos and descriptions on this website are the property of KPD Designer Collection.
We love to hear comments and reviews about our products and will consider polite criticism as an opportunity to grow. but reserve the right to delete any reviews or comments containing hate speech, discrimination or any other personal derogatory language.
We reserve the right to disable user accounts.
